Philippe’s background in Finance, Law, and Real Estate bring expertise in all aspects of real estate development. His real estate experience comes in the form of being an attorney and investor. He has a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated from the University of California Riverside with a major in Political Science and Government where he first began a strong commitment to shaping the community.
